Support
How can we help?
Articles for stations running our software, what to send us when something goes wrong, and how to reach the people who build it.
Off air? Silence comes first. Follow the off-air checklist on the contact page and mail support with OFF AIR at the start of the subject.

Sending a debug log
A debug log holds what the console and the Air Agent recorded around a problem. With it we can usually answer in one go.
- In Interlude, choose Help → Save debug log… on the machine where the problem happened.
- It is saved to the Desktop as
Interlude-debug-followed by the date and time. - Attach it to an email to support, and say roughly when the problem happened.
Installers and the manual
While Interlude is in its pilot programme, pilot stations get the installers and the user manual from support. Ask, and we send the links.
